adds customers and vendors to QuickBooks as needed.
BAY-MASTER does not require that you duplicate all
of your cash customers into QuickBooks. This allows
you to maintain only those accounts receivable accounts
in QuickBooks.
BAY-MASTER maintains a complete inventory system,
summarizes your deliveries, sales and cost of sales
when posting to QuickBooks.
You do not have to post on a daily basis. BAY-MASTER
will accumulate your information until you are ready
to post. This allows your accounting person to operate
independently of the daily shop operations, even
on a different computer or location. This also enables
you to repost information if you find that you have
to restore an older backup of your QuickBooks data.
