A recent feature update lets you order all your parts at once through PartsTech or Nexpart, even if they’re all from different suppliers or different work groups. Once all the ordered parts at your shop, you can then take down the delivery of all the parts at once.

On the Order page, you can view all parts currently on on your quote. Instead of navigating to each repair group, you can order all parts across the entire ticket in one place. Check off everything you’re ordering and click the Order button at the top of the page. This will take you to the check-out page for all your selected parts!

Once your parts are at the shop, you can confirm your delivery in Bay-Master. Instead of going into each repair group, you can select and start a delivery for any parts that came in together. As you check off the part, confirm the cost, quantity and retail. You can then complete the delivery as you normally would by selecting either the “Special Purchase” or “Stock Item” options.
